It’s that time of year again. The sun’s out (ish), the summer holidays are looming, and the never-ending task of planning all the things for the kids begins. Enter: Kellogg’s Free Football Camps 2025 — and yes, we said FREE.

This year, Kellogg’s is once again teaming up with the EFL (English Football League) to offer free football sessions for children aged 5–15 across the UK. Whether your child’s a budding Lioness, a future Premier League legend, or just needs to run off some sugar-fuelled chaos, this is the kind of summer activity we can all get behind.

Why Is Kellogg’s Doing This?

Actually, Kellogg’s has been running this initiative for years to help families stay active and ease the pressure of the school holidays. These camps give children the chance to try something new, make friends, and get moving — all while giving you a few precious hours to do literally anything else.

What You Need to Know:

• It’s open to all children aged 5–15, regardless of ability.

• Hundreds of clubs across the UK are involved – there’s likely one near you.

• Each session lasts a few hours, perfect for breaking up the day.

• You’ll need to grab a promotional pack of Kellogg’s cereal or snack bars to register (yes, those Coco Pops are finally doing something for you).
